Legal Action

You are the president of Egg Producing Association.
Animal Society is running a campaign on the way the birds are being kept in cages. It is also opposed to factory farming. The Animal Society is going to bring a law suit against the industry.
Your industry is already under pressure with low margins and can not afford law suit. The industry council requests you to find a solution.
How will you resolve?

Without a little bit of control even a child wouldn't know right from wrong if it weren't for its parents. The birds are set free in the farm. Only a portion of time in their day are they caged to restore order for everyone's benefit This world wouldn't function if we'd replace the remnant order with freedom The food chain is maintained in a balanced state with the proper care under these rearing conditions

The mistakes we make in our everyday life

We human beings engage in thinking and decision making in our daily life. It is our ability to solve problems and choose the best course of action, which leads to better outcomes. But we also make systematic errors when we think and at times we don’t even realize. We fail to think clearly because of our emotions such as anger or fear and this leads to wrong decision making as well as avoidable harm.

These systematic errors are known as biases. We can learn, understand to notice these biases within us and around us. Once we know, then we can also take action to avoid these biases, prejudices and beliefs and act to avoid the harm. Biases are systematic and predictable errors we make.
