You are being interviewed for a company A. The interviewer asks you "If you had a choice between a job offer from company B and A, which offer would you choose?" Company B is better than A.
Do's
• Show the good points A over B
( e.g. small organization, entrepreneurial mindset....)
• Show how working in company A helps you learn and grow
• Show how it benefits you
Don'ts
• I will not join A
• Avoid any negative talk about A
